Пользователь сам рисовал отчёт в Excel и указывал, какие данные нужны. Система заполняла шаблон. Так целое семейство отчётов можно было менять без постоянного участия разработчика.Users designed reports in Excel and specified the required data. The system populated their templates. A whole family of reports could evolve without constant developer involvement.

Для торговых представителей я быстро собрал прототип на C#. После него компания закупила КПК, и решение стало рабочим инструментом команды.I quickly built a C# prototype for sales representatives. The company then purchased handheld computers and the solution became part of the team’s daily work.
